US:
BPO-1 was founded in 2003 in
San Jose, CA. Our CEO, Raj
Singh,
was working for an Outsourcing company
based in Chennai, India from
1991 - 2002. At that time, Mr.
Singh
was head of business
development and was working
out of the US (Los Angeles, CA). He noticed the rising
need for outsourcing services
within the US market. It was Raj's belief that in order for many US companies
to stay competitive in a
global marketplace...offshore
outsourcing was the answer. He decided
to start his own venture and
called it: BPO-1. Raj's
vision was to make outsourcing
a reality for those who felt it was out of their
reach. He focused on the small
to mid-sized businesses market. With his
10 years of experience in the
outsourcing industry and
overseas connections it seemed
like the right thing to do. As
it turned out...it ended up
being just that!
Today, BPO-1 has over 50
employees worldwide. And,
our vision is
still the same - to make outsourcing
a reality for any company, big
or small, and to treat every
client as a partner with long
term objectives in mind. BPO-1
