This process records various file formats like PST, MSG and Zip files in our database. All Extracts and converts all well recognized during our inventory process. As a result of this process we are able to store file ext, file name, size, and creation date and modify date etc in our database.

Conversion & Printing

Our state of art technology and our well experienced staff convert all the files into printable formats like Tiff or PDF with high accuracy.

Image Management:

All printable formats are converted into Multiple Page Tiff or PDF into Single Page Tiff or PDF to enable effective search. All duplicate files and unnecessary blank pages are removed automatically in this process.
